We have factory trained service engineers covering the whole of the UK and Ireland with the same price charged for a service & inspection throughout the country.
Regular service and safety inspections are vital in ensuring that any problems are caught before a breakdown happens. This can extend the equipment’s lifespan and minimize the unscheduled downtime that comes with unnecessary equipment breakdown. Benefits from a proper service program include:

We can fix your servicing costs for up to five years and offer a service frequency to suit your usage of the equipment. All guards are removed and all moving parts checked for wear, Rollers / scraper blades etc are adjusted as required and all lubrication points will be greased, and open gear lubrication applied.
An inspection report listing any items needing attention will be left on site followed by a condition report and repair recommendations from our service office and regular service users receive 10% discount on parts needed.
We maintain a maintenance log on products that we service to help our customers with PUWER compliance and other regulations. This log is available should you require details. Multi Marque takes Health & Safety very seriously and any safety hazard will be reported to the customer.
Apart from manufacturing and supplying an extensive range of pan mixers and ancillary equipment we also supply masonry saws and pallet trucks as an additional benefit to our customers. We can also supply a range of smaller items such as saw blades, grease guns, grease cartridges etc.
